Here are some insights from the homeowner:-During the weekend of the guests' stay, it did get unusually warm. We wish they had contacted us, as we could have installed a seasonal air conditioner for their comfort.-Regrettably, our yard maintenance company did not show up as scheduled. It does take some time to secure new services in this area, but the lawn has since been mowed.-We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the noise, which is mentioned in the property description.
