The general manager is super stuck up and rude. Had our day switched becuase we booked the wrong dates by accident. Went to check in around noon asking what time the check in is and they said to come back and check in at 3 and everything was good with the switching of the dates. Came back at 3 to check in and general manager named Christina had added extra fees after saying everything was okay. We paid the pet deposit, and an extra fee for the difference in pricing and finally got checked in around 6 pm. She was super rude, and not friendly or welcoming at all. Asked some other lady staying at the hotel for the time the pool closes and she replied 10 pm. When I had asked her she told me 9 pm which is a lie. Also lied to us by not mentioning any extra fees earlier in the day. The hotsprings was nice, but we were clearly upset as well and Christina didn’t offer us any sort of compensation for our delay on the room, and seemed like she was trying anything she could to not have us there we felt very unwelcomed. Never going back to stay there ever again.

The room was dirty. Microwave didnt work. The restaurant was closed and general store no longer or gift shop no longer. The parking lot full of holes. Rough on vehicles. One of beds was not made up. No hot water. It took forever to get hot water in the shower. The bsth sink no hot water. Plus the water just trickle out of the faucet. The coffe pot carafe needs to be cleaned. The hot springs was nice. The restroom in the hot springs area needs to be clean and need toilet paper. We had to go extra mileage to find food to eat. The continental breakfast i am not sure. The website needs to be updated. Because it is fraud advertisement.

Get told multiple things from each employee. Rooms are not sounds proof at all you can hear others conversation like they are sitting with you and the screaming kids is always a nice bonus.. dvd player didn’t work, no cable, no service, nothing around unless you want to drive 45 min or longer to another town. The restaurant there isn’t open during the week, but got told different stories by different employees. Ended up not staying the full time I requested a refund not they are playing stupid and not giving me a refund after having a conversation with staff before I left. Worse place to go, website apparently isn’t updated. Crap place with crap management playing stupid.

Staff was very friendly and the room a main areas were clean. We enjoyed a lovely soak in the two tubs on one of our days. Breakfast was great - waffle bar and make your own egg muffins. Loved the area and really enjoyed our hike to Jerry Johnson Hot Springs!!

super nice staff. room size and amenities were great. The only thing i didn't like was the initial smell of the room. Some sort of spray freshener was used and I am sensitive to smells. Once room was aired out it was perfect.

The staff was very friendly the room was definitely older cabin feel but was obviously newly remodeled. New paint and the bed was comfy. The hot springs were great and also clean. They had upgraded the WiFi this week so now there is good service in the rooms. We had a great stay and would go back again.

Everything was great but the amazing staff is what always stands out the most. They go above and beyond to make sure each stay has been the best possible. Our stay on 1/2/26 we were delayed due to weather and had no cell service, we arrived after 10pm and even though the lobby had closed for the night they had our key waiting for us. Thank you for another great stay and we will see you again soon

Ghetto. Paid $250 for $65 value. No hot water, so couldn’t shower. Breakfast was cold fake eggs to microwave and powder creamer etc for cold coffee. Pool was broke down. Outside building looks cool and staff was nice but offered no solutions for everything being broken. No phone service or WiFi in rooms.
