「Hot tub was at 95 degrees and gross. Pool life guards were very rude to all the children. Sat on their phones and couldn’t care less to help anyone, except to occasionally yell at someone. Very unwelcoming experience for the price.」

「I like the updated suite, it’s very clean and spacious. I also love their buffet breakfast, they offer a lot of choices. Most of the staff were friendly, except for one receptionist I called when our bathroom door got locked. She initially told me they didn’t have a key for it and sounded like there was nothing they could do. However, someone eventually came to our room to assist us. Overall the hotel is excellent.」

「Very clean well laid out rooms, with full fridge and a cooktop ( but no pans or dishes so that was a bit odd.) Pet friendly. Breakfast was not included with the room price, but there was something available for purchase. We would definitely stay again.」

「There were spiderwebs in the lamps and the carpet was so dirty-plan to wear shoes in your room. There were stains on the mattress as well. We booked the suite with the tub based on pictures provided (they looked nice) but that is a scam and they do not offer that room anymore, but based on cleanliness I wouldn't have used it anyway. The staff at the front offered a smile when we saw them and the breakfast had the usual amenities.」

「We loved everything about our weekend stay on 5-16-26 and 5-17-26 pet room except the fact that tons of kids were running and screaming down the hall. Our room was 123 and the guy at front desk even told my husband that he tried to get them to quiet down and that even customers on 2nd floor were complaining about the noise level on the main floor. 「I wish I could give this property a better review. The room itself was quite nice. It was clean and spacious and the kitchenette was very nice. However, we booked a two-queen room and when we checked in, we were informed they only had single king rooms available. This was unacceptable as we needed two beds to accommodate the number of guests we had in our room.
