"Hotel was near restaurants. The room smelled bad. No screen on fourth story window. The dead bolt did not lock. I was not able to take a shower because the part to pull out of the faucet was missing. I did not want to hang out at the hotel at all. I will not stay there again."

"This was a clean, like new property, that was a short walking distance to downtown. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It slept six comfortably. It was well decorated with a SE Alaska theme. I would book again in a heartbeat, and recommended it to friends and family in Ketchikan who may need temporary lodging or for out of town guests."

"The lodge was wonderful and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room. We also appreciated the laundry facilities. However, when we first arrived, there two very unfriendly (bordering on rude) employees at the front desk. The person on the desk later was much better."
