"Staff was wonderful. Quality of hotel was not. Our room had ants, leak above the bath tub and the breakfast was not good. The mini fridge that contains the yogurt, milk and eggs does not work and the items were hot. This use to be our favorite hotel to stay at and sadly the decline in property upkeep will prevent us from coming back. "

"Room was a dusty, vanity light in bathroom was out and maintenance was already gone. The switch on the lamp by the bed was out. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Wouldn’t go back. "

"I had no hot water despite calling and informing them of the issue. I had to boil hot water ..I was sick and too tired to rebook elsewhere. The issue was not addressed until I checked out. Only one representative attempted to assist me."
