"Great"

"Nice clean hotel. We purchased their breakfast one morning and it was one of the best breakfast buffets we had in Japan."

"Bed was comfy, great location, excellent service and very clean. I will be coming back."

"Fantastic hotel, clean, friendly staff, convenience store on the ground floor is very helpful"

"Bed was very comfortable. Didn’t care for the shared showers (dorm style) set up; however, shower pressure was excellent! Suggest installing a towel bar/rack in bathroom to hang the hand towel and a full length mirror in room."

"Located in a quiet area, convenient stores within walking distance, large supermarkets and restaurants within a few kilometers. Nice place to stay. Nice buffet breakfast."

"Spacious room, delicious and nutritious dinner and breakfast and great onsen."

"The staff were incredibly accommodating (to be fair everyone in Morioka was exceptionally hospitable). The hotel was awesome, onsen was amazing and the food absolutely delicious (both dinner and breakfast). "

"We like this hotel because it’s not too far from the train station and the breakfast is quite good. We’ve stayed there twice now. The staff is very pleasant but many do not speak much English. One thing to note: there is a step up into the bathroom. I think this is pretty common in hotels in smaller cities in Japan, but it’s something to be aware of as it can be a tripping hazard, especially at night."

"Great place. Nice staff. Welcoming to foreigners and close to the station."

"Very comfortable room, very good breakfast. Parking a bit expensive, but location of hotel is great."
