"Please see other review for explanation of what was not good about hotel in general. But for this specific stay, the date was booked incorrectly. I immediately changed the reservation and informed Relax hotel of the situation via a phone call. Relax told me over the phone that I would be able to receive a refund if I spoke to reception about it in person at check in. But then they refused this upon checking in. Awful stay on top of everything else."

Conclusion un lugar de lo peor por el.servicio y localizacion del lugar. La noche del.31-de Diciembre, no nos,dejaba,salir pq no teniamos la llave...
