Condo was clean and close to the pool. Quiet and safe location. Easy drive to downtown Moab and Arches National Park. We would stay here again.

A wonderful stay

We stayed for two nights in early July. Our stay went very well, the unit was close to downtown Moab, Arches National park, Dead Horse state park, and a Portion of Canyon Lands National park. It was a great hub for the area and the was well taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again if we were in the area.

Just what we hoped for

The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Well-stocked kitchen, some nice extra touches and beds were great. It's on edge of town but we knew that when booking and just a few minutes back to Moab's cute downtown. Great home base to explore the National Parks and all Moab offers.

Great spot and n Moab

This place is clean, well stocked was exactly what our family needed- close to the main street restaurants, local hiking trails and all of Moab’s big attractions - oh yeah it also has a great pool and hot tub.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. There was plenty of room for the four of us, we had everything we needed during our stay. The host was very responsive. If we ever get to make it back to Moab, we will definitely stay here again!

Perfect family rental in Moab

This rental was incredible. Fully furnished with everything you could need and more. Most of the things in the rental actually seemed brand new. Extremely clean, super easy check in and VERY spacious. We were only 5 minutes from the downtown area of Moab and 10 minutes from Arches National Park.

Fantastic place to stay!

Very spacious for our familyof 6, comfortable, clean and in a great location. Everything you would need in a kitchen (we make most of our meals) and large bathrooms. There's even pool towels! This host has thought of everything a family might need to make them feel welcomed and anticipated anything we'd need. We love staying in rentals that are privately owned! The owners, like this one, really work hard to make each stay exceptional. We appreciate that. Thank you!

Nice place and good location

Overall the condo was really nice and had easy access to the parks and downtown. The condo was very close to the pool and hot tub. Pool and hot area property maintenance could be improved. Lots of lounge chairs were broken and the trash was over flowing and not emptied the entire week we were there.

Ummm Can we say PERFECTION

Simply put, this place is amazing!!! We stayed here while visiting Arches and Canyonlands NPs. It is just a short drive to Arches and an easy 45 minute drive to Canyonlands. You have absolutely everything you need here!!! Fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, comfortable beds and even a pool!!! It was so clean and quiet here too!!! Marci is the SWEETEST host and was so responsive!! Do yourself a favor and just book it!! Oh….. and while you’re staying be sure to check out Canyon Pizza and Moab Made!!!

Clean space- underwhelmed by community space and internet

The VRBO was as listed, and was excellently cleaned and maintained. We all felt right at home. For some reason, the internet kept shutting off and on again, which was an issue for one of our party who was trying to work. We also chose this location specifically for the hot tub, but the hot tub was lukewarm at best, and the side of the hot tub was crumbling in spots. All in all, the residence itself suited our needs, but some of the extra amenities were underwhelming.
