Welcome to your new home away from home in beautiful Moab! This townhome serves as a clean and comfortable basecamp with stunning views of the La Sal mountains and the red cliffs of the Moab Rim. Come and relax after a day of hiking, rafting, jeeping or biking. Great location, with quick access to national parks (11 miles to Arches, 36 miles to Canyonlands) and only 5 miles from downtown Moab.

Imagine waking up to the sunrise over the La Sals and then enjoying a refreshing beverage in the evening on the back patio while admiring the red cliffs. The kitchen is fully furnished with all kitchenware, pots/pans, dishtowels, basic spices, coffee maker and tea kettle to make your stay enjoyable.

This townhome has two Master bedrooms upstairs, each with their own bathroom. The living room can sleep another two guests on the queen size pull-out sofa bed. Artfully decorated and complete with a patio set and grill for BBQing out the back door.

As part of the Rim Vista community, amenities include a community pool, hot tub, playground and tennis/basketball court for your enjoyment. Games, books, basketball, TV and free Wifi available for your entertainment. There is also ample on-street parking for all of your toys.

Please note that it is a new development and there is construction nearby.

The property was in a good location and was pleasant. The TV cable and smart features did not work and the owner/manager did not respond to our satisfaction. We booked this property so family could watch basketball tournament and world baseball tournament at night after hiking. There was no service attempt or communication of any resolution. I would be concerned about any issue the property could have, such as broken air conditioning for example, as a result. Overall we had a great stay in the area but the evenings were met with irritation about the lack of TV availability. Ironically one of the group owns a rental property and was dealing with issues with her property the entire trip. Was quite a contrast in management.

Fantastic location and amazing property. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the property, loved hanging by the pool and using the hot tub, and stargazing at night on the back patio. The rooms were comfortable and the living room was nice and cozy. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. Plenty of parking space and everything was nice and clean and organized.

Rim Village is a great location for any Moab adventure. We’ve stayed at other units in this community and this was by far was the worst one. Blind downstairs doesn’t work so we were unable to pull it up to see the view of the La Sal Mountains. Ice maker didn’t work, windows in upstairs bedrooms do not close all the way, king bed has a dip in it, and carpets upstairs need to be replaced. Overall this unit could use a little attention and a deep clean.

Property was good. However the furniture especially the carpet was in poor condition. The living room furniture looked worn out and needs to be replaced and the carpet definitely needs replacement. I wish they would have proper body soap shampoo and conditioner. It would be simple convenient to have those large bottles affixed to the shower and basin areas. Ice maker in the fridge was not working. Air conditioner thermostat would drop to 68 deg at night freezing me off dispute the fact that I would set it to 72 before going to sleep. It was one of those Google thermostats and I am not sure what it was doing. In general hoke was ok I wish the above small things would have been better.

We had a wonderful time at the townhouse. It was very spacious and relatively close to parks that we were exploring. I would say the only down fall for this place is the carpet on the steps needed replaced. It was very worn. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Quiet, comfortable and clean. Only about a 5-minute straight shot into Moab where you will find everything you need! Also, close to things you may want to do and see. We spent time relaxing at the pool, as well.

National parks getaway.

Stayed for 2 nights while visiting Arches and Canyonlands. The property was convenient for both of these parks.The property was as described and pictured. Loved having the 2 bedrooms and separate bathrooms for both and having the convenience of the washer and dryer right there was wonderful! Communication with the owner was easy with quick response. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to friends.
