Fresh, luxurious 4-BR home! Pool, hot tub & fenced yard with BBQ

Hello! This is our only vacation rental, and our goal is for each guest to feel at home here. We are world travelers ourselves and we cater to discerning guests who expect the best. Our 1500 sq. ft cottage exudes quality comfort, to include a giant 70" 4K Smart TV with satellite service, huge dining table that can seat 8 with three more at the breakfast bar, luxury mattresses in every room, tasteful leather and finely upholstered furnishings , and all that you will need to relax and enjoy a memorable time with family and friends. Four bedrooms (3 with walk-in closets) provide plenty of privacy while the open living room and dining area allows for a large gathering. Covered front porch with breathtaking views, the back patio with BBQ and private fenced in backyard will provide you many relaxing options. Our neighborhood is a little gem: it is safe, small, and immaculate. The pool and hot tub are just a 1-2 minute walk away and only serve our neighborhood. It is serviced daily and is family-friendly. We provide clean pool towels for you so you don't have to pack them. There is plenty of parking with a 2-car garage, double driveway, plus parking on the street in front of the house and in a spillover lot at the end of the short block. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need, except the food. We provide all the bathroom supplies you will need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, etc. Laundry equipment and supplies are in the garage. If you need anything else, we try to provide these for you.
