Everything about this place was perfect. It was very clean, well decorated and we had lots of room. It was also conveniently located to downtown and hiking. We would definitely stay there again should we ever be in Moab.

Moab is fantastic.

Thus condo was perfect for our 4 person family. Others in the complex were there to enjoy the same activities we were (bike, hike, dirtbike). The condo had everything we needed. Comfy, clean, and very pleasant.

Spacious condo

This condo has lots of space to stretch out, great views and is a convenient location to go adventure whichever direction you may want to go. It was nice and clean, decently equipped kitchen, and communication with the property manager was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Easy access to National Parks

Clean property close to Moab. Well equipped kitchen with new appliances. Although 3 bedroom the kitchen table only seats 4 comfortably. Does have extra chairs to use at table, when watching TV or out on balcony. We only had 3 staying in unit but table was tight getting around with just three of us. Beds were comfortable. Large washer and dryer in unit worked well. Property managers easy to deal with and promptly answered questions.

Unit was clean, spacious, beds were fine. Pool was less than clean, with hair and bugs floating about. Description mentioned coffee maker, but there was no coffee. Overall, was good.

Very Nice condo

Very nice condo with a convenient location. Just prefect for our family. Quiet location in a nice complex. Just be careful- taking. Shower in the master bath with the door open will set off the fire alarm. Also there is a noise in the master closet that sounds like water dripping that will wake you up at night.

This is a charming and homey property. It feels spacious and has lots of natural light and views of some red cliffs. It is easy to find and check in and is a good location for mountain biking and hiking trails.

Really enjoyed our stay

We recently rented this property for 2 nights during our road trip through Utah and Arizona. The place was very clean and loved the decor. We were super close to everything and had amazing views of Moab. The stars at night were gorgeous and the neighborhood was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. They even had a high chair for my infant daughter. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here without a doubt. You will not regret your stay.

The apartment was on the other side of Moab from Arches, for those who wish to be close. But we honestly enjoyed being away from the city some. Place was very nice. We were extremely comfortable in the space!

Great condo to rent.

This condo was nice and accommodated our 7 people. The rollaway bed, however, was too short for an adult and he slept on the couch. Would definitely rent again.

Great place for what we needed!

We had an awesome girls hiking trip! This place met our needs and It was very nice and clean. There was plenty of room for the six of us to fit conformably. The beds were great! It would have been nice to have extra towels for the pool and hot tub but we made it work.

Family trip to Moab for spring break

Reasonable priced condo a short drive from downtown Moab. Clean and easily accessible, but quite noisy with thin walls as you can hear other people talking.
