Among the three bedrooms is plenty of room for eight, along with entertainment options available in each space. If visiting during the cooler months, enjoy the warm cozy fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom. After a long day of outdoor activities, relax with the family on the spacious lawn area right off of the patio while grilling dinner on the BBQ. Don't forget your swimsuits to take a quick dip in the pool and hot tub! The entire Town-home is single level and fully accessible, with plenty of parking between the two-car garage and four outdoor spaces. Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.
