  • We invite you to stay at our condo: this modern 3 bedroom 2 bath unit has modern furnishings and appliances.

    When you walk into the unit you will find an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen around the corner, down the hall will lead you to a complete laundry room, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom across from the bedrooms, next you will find the Master bedroom with a king bed and connecting bathroom and huge walk in closet.

    This top (3rd) floor unit is very quiet with beautiful landscaping and plenty of parking with easy access to everything in Moab.

    Spend your days out enjoying the multitude of activities and your evenings relaxing on the balcony looking at the majestic Moab red landscape to the Northwest.

    If you have a large group combine this unit with our unit next door to accommodate up to 19. So NOTE YOU MUST RENT BOTH UNITS SEPERATLY TO ACCOMMODATE UP TO 19.

We had an amazing stay at this rental in Moab. The place was very clean and spacious for our family of 5. The pool was nice and refreshing and the hosts communicated very well. I appreciated their recommendations as it was our first time to visit the area. We had a fantastic time in Moab!

Kitchen was amazing, had a grill that worked. This vrbo was spectacular, and there was a pool on property. We were very close to the action of arches national park, and the sunsets from the balcony were peak.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this place and it's been a great experience both times! Great location and the sunrise/suset views are perfect. The host made it easy to check in and gavebery clear instructions on what to do before leaving. Entire place was spotless and well maintained.

I would highly recommend this place. We were looking for places to stay in the area and this was larger and more affordable than the other options we found. The place is clean, roomy, and comfortable. It was exactly as advertised and we had no issues. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area.

Good communication with host. Very nice and new apartment. Not right in town but a very quick trip to the downtown restaurants etc. and to the national parks. Highly recommended.
