Both front desk agents from check in and check out were very friendly and welcoming. The young guy the night we checked in 12/2 evening and the young lady when we checked out 12/3 morning.

Room was smaller than anticipated for a King room. No refrigerator, microwave, or—get this—closet space/luggage rack in the room. I was told they would find me a fridge for the room—it never happened (I asked 3 different desk clerks). Walls are paper thin, and the bar in the lobby isn’t open. Be warned: it’s an extra $35/night per pet, despite the listing leading to believe it’s a flat $35 pet fee. They kindly only charged me for one pet instead of both, when I pointed that out. Sauna was nice as was the pool area. Overall, this is just lipstick on the old Motel 6 on the edge of Moab on the way to Arches. Was not impressed.

Friendly front desk staff and thoughtful dog treats for pups. Cozy bed, hot shower, stylish ambiance, nice hot tub, pretty quiet and great location in North Moab. Drawbacks were pretty basic breakfast, no mini fridges in room (communal refrigerator on the floor) and our TV didn't work.

Clean room and facilities, beautiful aesthetics, friendly and accommodating staff, great amenities for the price. There just needs to be a bit more soundproofing in the rooms, but other than that we had a fantastic three nights at Wolfe’s.

The hotel was clean. There is no onsite bar or restaurant. The photos clearly show a bar. The complimentary breakfast is lacking, they only had toast, bagels and oatmeal. The rooms are tiny, no closet or room to place your luggage. You can hear everything in the surrounding area all night long, "the walls are paper thin". I will never stay there again.

Room was clean, extremely small. Most of the staff was friendly, we only had an issue with one night employee being rude and unhelpful. Would recommend requesting a middle of the floor room as the rooms at the end of the hallways are half the size of other rooms and claustrophobic

I have NEVER written a bad review for ANYTHING! When we arrived the hotel looked closed; lobby is dark. Desk clerk said “the hotel is a “pub style” hotel.” No refrigerator, no microwave, no closet for your clothed & only dim lighting throughout the hotel. Warning us that the lights in the room are “LO lights”. Desk clerk offered to bring us a 40 watt bulb!! The lights are SO dim that we cannot read in the room; we must use our phone flashlights to see & find anything!!! There is ONE (yes only 1) luggage cart for the ENTIRE 3 floor hotel. The luggage cart is an AIRPORT CART—Not a hotel LUGGAGE cart. It took me 3 trips to unload my things. There are 2 (that’s TWO) electrical outlets in the room. One by 1 side of the bed & one on the table opposite the bed. NO CHAIR (only an ottoman) in the room. Finding your room number is impossible to read. Hall lighting is so dim you can’t read the “cut out” numbers on a wooden plank. It was advertised with “breakfast included”. Hotel clerk warned me that it’s ONLY a CONTINENTAL breakfast! No telephone in the room. That’s dangerous for emergencies & unsafe. The price advertised is not what you pay. The hotel is listed as “pet friendly” but then charged $35 extra. I was planning on booking another night’s stay but we won’t, nor will I ever trust Trivago! DO NOT BOOK this hotel with Trivago! Disgraceful, unsafe & unfit for guests. I want a full refund.
Can’ read the room numbers.
Lightning is so dim we needed to use our phone flashlights to see, read & find anything.

The room was beautiful but extremely inconvenient. There was no space for suitcases, or toiletries in the bathroom. The lighting was so dim we couldn't read the bottles to know which was shampoo, etc, let alone shave or put in makeup. The sink is so shallow, we couldn't wash anything out...we had to use our cooler. The lighting was insufficient in the parking lot entrance, and you enter from a highway. It was the prettiest, most inconvenient place we've ever stayed.
