Attentive staff eager to please with what we needed. Easy checkin. Villa had all we needed. Pools were nuce and luke warm. A luck of paint for sime if the weathered areas of the villa and surrounds would have been an added bonus to the fresh clean feel of the villa. No mosquitoes!! Comfortable bed and room layout. Reasonably priced. Very pleasant.

This was our 4th time staying and it was amazing as always. The grounds are beautiful and we and our kids always make use of the pool. The rooms are always clean. Only minor issue was when we went to cook there was no fry pan. We just went and bought a couple.

After a short drive through gorgeous grounds, opening the door to my villa and out to the lakeside porch, I was immediately relaxed yet overcome with the beauty of the place. Sunrise taken in from bed, spa bath next door perfect after a hard day of being a punter at Riverboats Festival. Hopefully returning soon to enjoy the atmosphere, amenities and just chilling with the birdlife and fish. Highly recommend. My respects to the Wallithiga Clan, Peoples of the Bangerang Nation.

The cooking facilities are great. This time being our third year in a row, we were a little disappointed with little things that need to be fixed or replaced are not, also there was an alert for water to be boiled in the area however there was nothing to notify us of this when we arrived. Luckily when we went out again we saw signs letting us know this.

This proerty is so cute. It is nestled amongst nice green maintained gardens, has 2 x pools and a games room and also has some pretty cool bbq areas. The main road gets quite loud if you are in one of the front units and the road at the side of the property which I think is for staff or residents is quite busy and loud. The property itself is so cute as well, unfortunately though it was pretty poorly maintained. We had so many termites on the floor and front windows, loke it was not cleaned at all. The flooring is clewely termite ridden as it is cracked or broken in lots of sections. The dryer did not work well, barely dried a couple of towels and the knob was broken. The loungeroom air conditioner front flap was also broken so it could only point the air down. Staff were ansent, it was a self check it and we happened to accidentally catch one staff member to tell her the issues and she said the property had been cleaned the day before which i highly soubt. Other than that it was quite a good lotle place to stay, somethkng different, something with its own charm and it was reasonably proced.
