「A wonderful, peaceful place to stay in the trees. The game room (e.g., pool table felt had a couple holes, dart board missing a number, no chalk for dart board scoreboard, etc) and other aspects could use some refreshing/updating, but the house overall worked out great for my family. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're going to be in the area.」

「Peaceful, well equipped cabin. Comfortable sofa, beds and chill out in general. Great for wildlife and driving into yosemite (Great Oak gate and Tioga pass) The decor and equip is a little dated but all works well and is a true home from home. Air con was great as was car port.」

「Nicely situated just north of Aviemore, there is a small village shop/Post Office not far away in Deshar Road, but if you need a large shop of groceries then Aviemore is only minutes away. The accommodation is very good with a double bedroom with en suite and a dressing area and a second twin bedroom opposite the family bathroom. 「This was our 2nd time staying at this beautiful home tucked away in Groveland! It fit our family of 16 perfectly! It is beautifully furnished and the pool table is a hit with all ages. 「we have stayed 4 nights and could stay longer if we had a time. The challet is in a great location, less than an hour from Yosemite valley, Hetch Hetchy dam or Sonora, but in a very quite location at the end of a road. You can get there easily, just go to the end of paved Hells Hollow road and then keep straight on the dirt road until you reach 2111 and the gate. Just drive very slowly on the dirt road especially at the times when is so dry and hot like now as driving fast gets a lot of dust in...

「Great property. Very clean, comfortable and spacious and exactly what we needed. The 50 HOA fee per car felt a bit silly since we only stayed 1 day. Would be nicer if there was a way to waive this especially for a very short stay. Other than that is was a nice place. 」
