"The worse experience, room was absolutely horrible , broken shower head , dirty room, smell like drainage . Absolutely dirty mattress. There was pee stains in the toilet seat . Customer service was horrible. We paid almost 4K for 2 deluxe rooms and 2 master suite. They refuse to give me all 4 rooms ..."
