La camera non è molto spaziosa, ma pulita, accogliente e silenziosa. Il bagno è ampio, un po’ datato, comunque confortevole. Bisogna cambiare l’aspiratore, molto rumoroso. Staff gentile e disponibile, colazione assai gradevole.

Excellent service, clean rooms and very helpful staff. Fabrizio from the front desk kept a bunch of stuff we forgot in the safe (including money and jewerly) until we come back to get it from another city and on top of that he didn’t accept any money in return!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Palace Life
This is the second time I've stayed at Best Western Premier Milano Palace Hotel. It is so clean, beautiful, and the staff is quite nice. It is short walk to the local square and then you're connected to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are very clean, super comfortable beds, the tub is oddly highly, so if this is an issue for you, you should let them know...lastly the breakfast is fantastic. I wish I had an espresso right now.

El personal es muy amable y siempre estan dispuestos a ayudarte. Es un hotel hermoso con detalles elegantes. Es el mejor lugar para quedarse si vienen a la cuidad a ver la Casa de Enzo, 10 minutos caminando y al Museo Ferrari hay un autobus que pasa en la estación de tren a 5 minutos. Esta muy cerca del centro se puede caminar fácilmente en el centro encontraras muchos restaurantes tiendas y heladerías asi como atracciones turísticas. Tienen un spa increible que usamos y nos encanto tiene un costo adicional pero vale la pena tiene vapor, sauna y jacuzzi. El desayuno es tipo buffet pero muy completo se sirve de 8 a 10 am, tienes quesos, carnes frías, huevos cereales y varios panes dulces, ademas de un cafe delicioso. A un lado del hotel esta un restaurante que tambien les recomiendo probar si quieren comer rico. Las habitaciones son espaciosas el baño tambien y tiene tina.

Nice new hotel.
Really nice new hotel with friendly helpful service. The bar service was limited, but they did make a very good Campari Spritz. One downside is the shower. It has an awkward wand that is hard to adjust to spray in a comfortable way in the tub. A real shower head would have been nice.

We made a great choice. The hotel design and amenities are meeting our taste and comfort. The old city is next door and we love being in Modena, The cathedral and tower were amazing and we enjoyed walking to the Ferrari Museum.

Fantastic Hotel - Great Location - Order Cocktails
I have stayed at other hotels in Modena, and I am SO glad I finally found this hotel. First the location is fantastic, easy to the city center, SHORT walk to train station and really lovely rooms. I didn't really need the chaise day bed, but I understand how that could be useful for others. The tub was lovely, although for those less dexterous, it's quite a high step into; the bar was fantastic, and my colleague had a powerful cocktail. I liked everything about this hotel including their responsiveness. I had my laundry done, when I returned from my business meetings it was all hung and put away. It was just a great stay.

Scelto per la sua posizione strategica a 5 minuti dal centro storico mi trovavo a Modena per un raduno automobilistico. Hotel pulitissimo, personale veramente gentile e disponibile e, vera chicca, alla reception forniscono un tagliandino da esporre sul cruscotto per non pagare visto che sono tutte "strisce blu". Camera insonorizzata e climatizzata, bagno pulito ed ampio. Colazione con ampia scelta, caffè buono.

Très bon séjour familial
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet Hôtel.Idéalement placé dans le centre et très proche du musée Ferrarri, nos visites se sont faites uniquement à pieds. Le personne est très serviable. La chambre était agréable, calme et confortable. Nous avons pu ainsi découvrir Modène qui est une très belle ville et charmante. Le petit déjeuner était également très bon. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking couvert.
