Well.booked through here paid.when got to puerto rico las palmas .i transfer was later didnt react hotel till 11pm on night.then when reacted hotel .total pay breakage fee .whitch we did and was told get bavk when left.but we still have not recieve despoit of £150 euros back.we taken photos of room when left.staff very rude and unhelpful.disgusing

Hotel is very clean, the pool area was cleaned/mopped every morning. No sun-bed wars at all. 20 minute from the centre/ Mogán mall, we walked up and down every night. All staff very lovely and welcoming. Happy hour between 12-1300 with good selection of drinks. Only thing I would is that we were told breakfast is from 8am but it was 9/9:30am- could be abit more of an option £8 for either ‘American breakfast’ which wasn’t a big portion at all or continental to choose between pastry’s/fruit etc also £8 with Hot drink and juice. Lunch menu was very reasonable and great selection. Overall great experience!

This was a lovely apartment hotel. Jorge checked us in and was friendly and helpful. All the staff were polite and lovely. The hotel has a hotel pool bar which is open from around 10am to 5pm and has happy hour on cocktails between 12-1pm, this means two for €8. The housekeeping happens 5 times a week and they were brilliant as well. Our room was spotless and clean, balcony was perfect and the view even better. We asked for a higher up floor and they accommodated. In retrospect, we wouldn't have asked for a higher floor due to the steep climb up to the hotel from the center but thats on us for thinking we were more limber than we were!! The steps up are no joke. The pool was clean and beautiful. Plenty of sunbeds all day, we usually didn't get down to the pool until 10am. Only downside is people still reserve the prime sunbeds with their towels at silly o'clock in the morning and dont use them until 1pm. No smoking hotel. Centre is a short walk downhill or a two minute taxi which was around €4.25. Rooms have a hob, fully stocked with cutlery, pans, cups ect and a fridge with a small freezer inside. We would return!

Fabulous stay in January

Very clean, great location although up a hill. We walked up and down but you could get a taxi. Poolside lovely and infinite pool a blessing on hot days. Staff very helpful and efficient.Boat trip to nearby villages excellent.

We had an amazing time here. I would definitely recommend this to anyone! The staff were really helpful and cheerful, they gave us great recommendations for places to go! Helt klart nöjd!

Bra hotell med bra läge! Fräscha möbler å badrum och helt okej sängar. Bra poolområde med mycket plats. Magisk utsikt med balkong på 7:e våningen. Minus var dom två hissarna där den ena inte alltid funka och den andra kändes lite som fritt fall varje gång.

Amazing

We were thoroughly impressed with this hotel! For only being 3* it went above and beyond our expectations. The rooms and very modern, comfortable and spotless. The pool area is very well maintained and has a fab setting. The pool bar is very good however wished it would stay open a little longer than 5pm however there is a shop across the road for supplies. Plenty of sun loungers, cabanas and beds to choose from and a nice chilled out atmosphere. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. We would absolutely return to this hotel

Vid ankomst var gatuhusen trasig. Jag är beroende av hiss då jag ej kan gå i trappor. Receptionisten var inte särskilt hjälpsam. Vid påtryckning ringde han efter Pizza och dryck vilket levererades enligt överenskommelse. I övrigt var allt rent och bra.Rummet mycket bra.
