Spotlessly clean and new apartment in quiet residental area onl y 3km from Puerto Mogan
Communication with Daniel when booking the apartment was very good. As arranged, on arrival at the apartment Daniel was waiting for us to personally hand over the keys, show us the parking lot, how to use the air conditioning etc. He had left a welcome pack and bottle of wine in the kitchen which was a lovely thought. There is a secure private parking bay located under the apartments, which has a lift so no need to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs to the first-floor apartment.
Daniel also thoughtfully texted us with restaurant recommendations and places for us to visit during our holiday. These were very helpful and we visited many of his recommendations which were first class.
The two bedroomed first-floor corner apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The bedding, bath towels and beach towels were all brand new and a good quality. Two very spacious bedrooms with king-sized beds. Large walk in shower with plenty of hot water.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area 3km from Puerto Mogan. We enjoyed the 45 minute walk to Playa Mogan beach which meant we didn’t feel guilty lazing on the beach during the day but if you don’t want to walk, there is car parking or the local buses into Puerto Mogan are hourly and only 1.40 euros or a taxi is 6 euros or less depending on the driver. There are several supermarkets in Puerto Mogan to stock up on essentials or if you don’t want to cook, lots of restaurants near the beach or around the marina. We ate in the apartment and also went out to dine. We spent a lot of time sat out on the sunny balcony late afternoon or during the evening which although faces the street, this didn’t bother us as only residents at the apartment or the apartments opposite use the street. We enjoyed the mountain views sitting out sipping a drink and playing cards each evening.
We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the apartment to future guests.
