Nice apartment in quiet location
This is a nice apartment with large outside area. The apartment is fully equipped for 4 people and the showers are excellent. We all agreed that it was very clean on arrival (not something we always have!). Underground parking for the car is a good facility as the parking spaces on the road are often fully occupied. Very nice pool and sunbathing area although the fingerprint admittance system is inconsistent. The fingerprints of some people will allow entry to he pool area but others won't. We had ours taken twice but the problem still existed.
The apartment is 10 minutes down the steps to the new mall and 15 minutes to the commercial centre although a taxi back up (4-5 euros) may be needed by many people.
Finally, the owner is always contactable and he dealt with a couple of queries we had quickly and efficiently.
Overall I would definitely recommend the apartment to other potential renters.
