Zen Holiday Home with Sea View, Communal Pool, and Wi-Fi

With a stunning view of the Atlantic, the recently renovated "Zen House" is located in Puerto Rico. The 50 m² property features a private terrace, a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to three guests. Amenities include air conditioning with heat pump, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls; for high connectivity needs, we recommend having a mobile data plan as backup), smart TV with satellite channels and streaming services, and a washing machine.



For stays longer than 10 days, additional bed and bath linens are provided for self-service changes; upon request and subject to availability, extra cleaning during your stay is available for an extra fee. Cleaning supplies are provided. The residence offers a fenced pool with outdoor shower. Pool hours follow community rules.



The house is about 500 meters from the beach and 300 meters from public transport stops within walking distance. Puerto Rico center is 500 meters away, and the supermarket is 300 meters away. Free street parking is available. Reserved parking is available on request for an extra fee. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.



Please note: the apartment is on the third level, and the elevator reaches only the first level. The interior is all on one floor. Security cameras and recording devices are present only in common areas. The property provides instructions for proper waste sorting, with more information on site.
