「Myself, my wife, and our dog stayed the weekend while I was in town for a seminar and, truthfully, I can't think of a single thing about this property that wasn't wonderful. It's located close to everything in town without being in town itself. It's right off a main road, but the cottage is set back enough so that it is not obtrusive. 「There are so many wonderful things about this place, which is why it is our favorite getaway destination. The property is beautiful, the loft is immaculate, and Stayce and Judd are the most wonderful hosts. This is the perfect place for animal lovers, particularly if you enjoy farm animals and dogs. 「We knew we were in for a lovely stay at the Cottage, but when we arrived, we were blown away by the hospitality and attention to detail. 「We wanted to be near Ephrata, Sight and Sound Theater, Intercourse, Litiz; this was a perfect spot. Fun drives around the countryside; away from cities; just what we wanted. There was room for 3 of us to spread out and have breakfast before taking off for the day. The upstairs bed is pretty firm but we enjoyed each having our own room.」

「The owners are great! They communicate well! The home is in a busy area but we really didn’t mind, the owners provide fans, sound machines and such so it was just fine. Location is close to everything you need. Home was good! As a fellow vrbo owner, a recommendation would be to replace the rugs downstairs (they are getting pretty stained up) The home is a cute farmhouse style, beds were comfy but may also need a little maintenance. Overall, would stay again!!!」
