Stylish penthouse located in the hills of Mojácar, 5 minutes walk from the large white beach. From the spacious terrace you can enjoy the 180 ° panoramic views of the sea, mountains and golf. Strolling through the shops and wonderful restaurants in the fishing village of Garrucha (3 km) and the picturesque Mojácar (5 km) is an absolute must. The apartment is located in an enclosed residence surrounded by exotic gardens fully secured by camera surveillance, with 3 seasonal swimming pools: large outdoor swimming pool, children's pool with lifeguard from 15/06 to 15/09 and a heated indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi from 15/09 to 15 / 06. A personal parking space in the closed garage and parking space just in front of the door are provided. Modern fitted kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge / freezer and induction hob. Both the living room and the 2 large bedrooms give access to the spacious furnished terrace. One bathroom is en-suite with the master bedroom, air conditioning (cold and hot) in all rooms and additional heating for the winter months. Smart flat screen TV, bluetooth music chain, CD player and free WiFi ensure a pleasant atmosphere. Built-in safe! Due to its mild climate all year round, it is also particularly pleasant in the winter months. Chilling from sunrise to sunset. In short, pure enjoyment!

View of a lifetime

The apartment was ideal for us, plenty of space and facilities. The view from the terrace was wonderful. Overall we had a wonderful stay and was sorry to leave. The owners Michele and Serge were on hand if required and were most helpful when we got in touch. Highly recommend as a central point between Mojacar and Garrucher.

Well equipped modern Penthouse Apartment Your hosts have thought of everything, and offer well positioned front facing sea view, complete with 2 large bedrooms master with on suite full working kitchen, full compliment seating on large patio area and easy access to property with eithier underground parking or outside apartment parking. Nothing was too much trouble if asked and they made sure that your comfort and enjoyment was always a priority. Its always about the little things that make somewhere feel just right and Michelle and Serge ( Your Hosts ) fulfilled that perfect thank you :)

Great apartment with fantastic sea panorama

Michele and Serge were fantastic hosts and made us feel very welcome in their well equipped and spotlessly clean apartment. The balcony affords a fantastic view of the surrounding coastal area and the sunrises were amazing. Hiring a car is a great idea as it allows you to explore the many great beaches in the Vera, Garrucha and Mojacar area.

Es war einfach Perfekt!!!

Wir hatten einen unserer schönsten Urlaube seit langer Zeit. Die Unterkunft war hervorragend. Alles sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Das Penthouse war mit seiner Geräumigkeit, 2 Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer, großer Wohnraum, offener Küche und der traumhaft schönen Terrasse perfekt. Alle Wohn- und Schlafräume und natürlich die Terrasse mit traumhaft schönen Meerblick. Zur Wohnung gehörte noch ein Tiefgaragenplatz, der immer ein kühles Auto zur angenehmen Folge hatte. Die Vermieter, Michèle und Serge waren allerbeste Gastgeber. Wir hatten aufgrund einer unplanmäßigen Landung nicht in Alicante, sondern in Barcelona eine Ankunft morgens um 04:00Uhr am Penthouse. Für Michèle und Serge war es eine Selbstverständlichkeit uns zu der frühen Stunde in Empfang zu nehmen. Einfach nur super. Die 2 Wochen waren für uns die bester Erholung seit sehr langer Zeit und dazu haben die herzlichen Gastgeber Michèle und Serge einen sehr großen Teil beigetragen. Wir freuen uns auf das Wiedersehen und werden bald und sehr gerne wieder kommen. Regine und Roland aus Hamburg

Couldn't ask for better.

A beautiful spotlessly clean apartment. Fully equipped with kitchen utencils for all your needs, comfortable furniture and beds of excellent quality, in fact everything was good tasteful quality. Outside comfortable furniture and breathtaking views. From both bedrooms and lounge fabulous sea views. Michele and Serge we describe as a very warm couple and found that nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem with our sat nav and it was no problem to them at all to point us in the right direction to get it fixed. A wonderful holiday and a lovely couple sums it up and we will certainly be back booking allowing it.

We hebben een hele fijn week gehad in het appartement van Michèle en Serge. Michèle en Serge hebben ons zeer hartelijk welkom geheten en hadden aan alles gedacht. Ze hebben zelf hun eigen tennisrackets aan ons uitgeleend zodat we konden tennissen. Het appartement is zeer goed uitgerust, heel comfortabel en super schoon. Prachtig uitzicht en mooi terras. We hebben elke dag gebruik gemaakt van het binnenzwembad, wat ook heel fijn was. Kortom, we hebben een super fijne week gehad in Mojacar en raden het appartement aan iedereen aan!

Top Marks For This Excellent Penthouse Apartment

We had booked a different apartment near Salobrena but just hours before our flight that booking was cancelled by the owner leaving us, on arrival in Spain, to find an alternative and, although it meant travelling further, the penthouse stood out as what we were seeking. We were impressed not only with the clarity and accuracy of information provided by owners, Michèle and Serge on the HomeAway website but also by the speed and efficiency with which they sorted out our booking … such a difference to our experience with the owners who had not been forthcoming with information about our previous booking and then cancelled it! It really made a huge difference to what otherwise could have been a very stressful situation. As our destination had changed at the last minute we didn’t have time to plan our car journey but Michèle and Serge, in addition to directions, thoughtfully provide GPS coordinates in their information about the penthouse. We tapped these into our Sat Nav and GoogleMaps and it took us right to the entrance of the underground parking where Michèle and Serge were waiting to greet us. They are a lovely, friendly couple who both speak excellent English … very helpful and delightful to talk to. As for the penthouse, what can we say … Wow! Exactly, if not better than described, views to die for, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, beautifully furnished and decorated in precisely our taste. Lots of attention to detail and possibly the best equipped self-catering accommodation we have ever stayed at … must mention the mini HiFi system with Bluetooth connectivity … so simple to connect up our tablet and stream our music from Spotify … perfect for chilling out! We don’t watch much TV when on holiday but worth mentioning that the TV had more UK channels than we get on Freesat at home and the picture quality was excellent! Being a lifeguard and swimming teacher, Catherine loved and made daily use of the well maintained, large, heated (30˚C) indoor pool … a real benefit at a time of year when it is too cold for outdoor pools. Andrew managed a few lengths but preferred relaxing in the Jacuzzi. Very, very hard to find any negatives … the dinner plates were a little large to fit the dishwasher but we managed to fit them in at an angle so not a problem … that’s all we can think of LOL! We really enjoyed our stay, agree with all the other positive reviews and can thoroughly recommend your lovely penthouse, thank you so much Michèle and Serge.

A Wonderful Apartment and Stunning Views

We stayed in this wonderful apartment for a week and it exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable, spacious, stunning sea views and luxurious. The owners, Michele and Serge, provided everything you could ever ask for to make your holiday special. There is the added benefit of underground parking (with lifts) as well as parking directly at the back, we used both. We would absolutely agree with all the other 5 star reviews. Beautiful apartment with the luxurious touches and views

Michele and Serge met us at the apartment and showed us around to ensure we would have a great stay. Complimentary wine was very nice. Excellent detailed touches to the apartment, very well cared for. Arrived on a Sunday so the shops were shut for food supplies, went to the Hotel Best Oasis Tropical and enjoyed the buffet, good choice and a quick stress free solution, food was fine. Both Serge and Michele were very happy to help over any issues or queries, it helps they don't live very far away. We never felt we were dealing with someone renting their apartment but more like friends helping us settle in for a great time. You will be surprised how quickly you will warm to them, a lovely couple. The views were fantastic and the large terrace had plenty of seating to rest and relax in the warm sun. And private too. The apartment was close to the beach and only a short drive to Garrucha to the east with a nice restaurants/marina and a local Lidl. To the west was Mojacar Pueblo, again with some great restaurants/cafe with spectacular views. Car recommended but not essential for those happy to walk for 20 mins or so. Apartment has underground parking but also can park around the back of the complex, outside your door (best option). There is a nice looking outside pool (closed outside season) but supplemented by a nice inside pool and Jacuzzi, enjoyed by our teenagers. If you want a beautiful, well equipped, stylish, private luxury apartment, then look no further. We left behind friends Serge and Michele, our best regards to them both and thanks for a lovely time.

Zeer goed en comfortabel ingericht appartement op bovenste verdieping van groot complex met prachtig bewaakt zwembad (niet year around open), geweldig uitzicht op dorp en zee. 400 meter van het strand. Eigen parking. Eigenaars zijn geëmigreerde Belgen die zeer behulpzaam zijn en het de gast graag naar de zin maken, bovendien groot gevoel voor humor. Wie overweegt te boeken, moet het snel doen want deze buitenkans ontgaat de mensen niet. Hoewel nog nieuw al bijna voor een jaar volgeboekt. Omgeving is zeer aantrekkelijk, zeker ook de ongerepte kust ten zuiden van Mojacar.

Magnifique !!!!!

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement du 8 au 14 août, 2 adultes et 2 enfants.Ce fut un superbe séjour. L appartement est tout à fait conforme aux photos, il est même mieux !!!!! Juste magnifique !!! La vue est splendide, l appartement est très fonctionnel et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Michele et Serge nous ont accueilli de façon très agréable et au moindre souci ils ont réagi desuite et de façon très efficace!!!!!! En plus de tout le confort, climatisation, serviettes de toilette, peignoirs, sèche cheveux,.... la piscine est très sympa et surveillée que dire de mieux.la plage en bas de la résidence et aussi très agréable. Michele et Serge nous avaient préparé des classeurs, très bien présentés, avec les différents lieux à découvrir autour de mojacar. C est un coin tranquille et vraiment très très beau !!!!( village de mojacar, mini Hollywood, balade en chameaux,....) C était juste parfait !!!!! Merci Michele et Serge pour votre gentillesse on a vraiment apprécié, on reviendra c est sûr !!!!! Un grand Merci pour tout Michele et Serge !!!! Sébastien et Karine.

Es war rundum eine Super schöne Ferien Immobiele

Wir haben 14 Tage Urlaub im Penthouse gebucht , wir kommen gerne wieder , das sagt ja eigentlich alles , es ist von Lage gut , man ist Schell am Strand , bei Ankunft ist war alles perfekt inklusive eines sehr schönen Aufmerksamkeit wir haben sogar noch tolle tips bekommen wo wir gut essen gehen können . Ich glaube jeder Party Urlauber ist hier falsch aber um einen erholsamen Entspannungs Urlaub zu verbringen in guter Lage bei toller Ausstattung ist hier genau richtig ;) Toller Ausblick , super Sauberkeit, nette Vermieter , schöne Anlage alles sehr gepflegt.

Wonderfully relaxing week away

The apartment is wonderful with absolutely breathtaking views over the golf course, beach and sea. Well equipped for cooking in and very spacious the balcony gets a lot of sun especially in the mornings. The little touches of luxury in the apartment were wonderful and it is beautifully decorated and maintained. We didn’t have a car but feel it would have been beneficial, regardless we were able to walk into Garrucha in about half an hour for lovely fresh fish on the beach. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach bar though! Extremely fast WiFi and good ariconditioning too. We had a really lovely stay. Thank you Michele and Serge for being such amazing hosts. We would fully recommend this place.

A lovely Penthouse apartment.

The penthouse apartment was just as described. Clean, very well equipped and maintained. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms a decent size with nice facilities. Kitchen was good. The terrace a good size with a lovely view. Owners Michele and Serge were very helpful. They met us at the entrance to the complex and explained everything. Parking was good either using the underground garage or on the road. You do need to use two lifts to get up to the apartment but they were always available and in good working order. A couple of negatives. The outside pool was closed for the whole week and no sign of it opening when we left. Also you will need to use a car a lot as there are no restauarants, bars or shops within a reasonable walking distance. Overall though we had a lovely holiday.

Lovely Penthouse

We spent 6 nights in May at this lovely penthouse.We were met on the day bt Miche'le and Serge who made us feel very welcome.This penthouse has the WoW factor with stunning views from the terrace.Everything was so clean and tidy and very well equipped if you wanted to cook your own meals ,which we did a couple of times.Miche'le and Serge were very helpful explaining everything about the local area and transport.A hire car would be useful to explore the area but we used the local buses which were fine.It was lovely having our first breakfast on the terrace with the sun coming up and drinking a glass of bucks fizz which Miche'le and serge left for us.A truly lovely appartment for a special treat. We have just spent a week in Michèle and Serge’s beautiful apartment. It is located high above Mojácar Playa with stunning views over the Med but only 10 minutes walk from the beach. There was a chilly wind most days but we were still able to sit on the terrace and sunbathe in the mornings, before heading out to explore the area in the afternoons. It is a very good base with easy access to good roads and there are plenty of things to see from the fascinating daily fish market in Garrucha to the arid inland landscapes and beautiful coastal villages. The apartment itself is beautifully and stylishly decorated and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable, the ensuite shower is excellent and the terrace has plenty of cushioned chairs and loungers. So you can sit and watch the boats, the golfers and the bowlers on the bowling green just in front of the complex, whilst enjoying a glass of wine. If you feel in need of exercise there is a heated indoor swimming pool (the outdoor pool doesn’t open until the warmer weather) and you can always walk down and up the 11 flights of stairs that lead up to the apartment. Fortunately there is a lift! Michèle and Serge, the owners are very friendly and most helpful. Our first morning started with Bucks Fizz on the terrace courtesy of the bottle of cava which they kindly left for us. We have had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing week and will definitely be returning. Thank you Michèlle and Serge! (My husband asked me to add two things, The TV has Sky Sports and BT Sports and there are two sets of golf clubs available with the apartment. But don’t let that put you off!)
