Villa Atlantique Coloniale: For 10P, heated 10m pool, 450m to the beach

The 170sqm villa is located in a very quiet but very central part of Moliets et Maa and is only 450m from the beach. Between the garden and the beach there is an idyllic pine forest and the dune. You can easily reach any destination in Moliets (golf, tennis, beach, restaurants, shops, etc.) on foot. free wifi



Outside accommodation:
The house has a large garden with pool and terrace. After a long day, you can relax on one of the 6 loungers by the pool. In the evening you can sit comfortably together and grill in the garden. If it does rain, you can still enjoy your dinner outside at our large garden table (space for 12 people) thanks to the roofing of the terrace.

Living room:
Our dining table can easily accommodate 10 people. Around the living room table there is space for up to 8 people on the sofas and chairs

Bedroom:
The house has 2 floors on which the 5 bedrooms are distributed. On the first floor there are two large double rooms, each with its own bathroom with separate toilet. Both double rooms have a double bed. There are also two bedrooms on the first floor, each with two single beds. These two rooms share a shower and separate toilet. There would be room for a cot in all 4 rooms. In addition, three folding beds can be set up. On the ground floor there is the fifth bedroom with a double bed and its own shower and separate toilet.

We work with a cleaning service to keep the villa in great condition for all guests. A one-time fee of € 150 will be charged for final cleaning. Bed linen / towels can be hired for € 13 per person.
