El hotel no cuenta con elevador y en la app no lo mencionan. En mi caso llevábamos varias maletas grande y me tocó hospedarme en el 2do piso así que tuve que subir mi maleta y al poco tiempo la persona que estaba en recepción me ayudó. La habitación limpia pero NO hacen la limpieza. El desayuno muy sencillo. En cuanto a la ubicación estuvo muy buena ya que estaba muy cerca del aeropuerto y a 1 cuadra del mall y varios restaurantes como Olive Garden, Arbys, KFC.

this place is ok, it's not the best but also it's not the worst. it's convenient for quick one night stay. room was clean enough, however you can tell it's an older place. One thing that actually made me mad was housekeeping entered our room where we were still in bed because front desk give them wrong room number for check out cleaning. Those kind of mistakes are unacceptable.

The room was really clean, the staff was great, it is located close to shopping and lots of different restaurants. I would definitely suggest this hotel to anyone! The only thing that was bad was that the parking lot wasnt cleaned after a snow storm came thru so a few cars got stuck and the pool water is really cold. But other than that everything was great!

Decent for a night. Bed firm- pillows small but it worked for us. Pool is cold though. Breakfast- not so good-unless you want cereal. Flips pancakes is nearby and SO good!!!!

This was a terrible experience. This hotel has broken doors and lots of water leaks in the building. There were dehumidifiers in the hallways on both floors, and our room also smelled like smoke(not just a little, almost overwhelming). There were stains on the sheets for the bedding and the toilet also did not work. Stay here at your own risk.
