Lucy’s House Single Family Bungalow

Ive been working on the siding for this house so its easy to spot although not clearly marked with house numbers yet. Park in back off of the alley as that is most convienient and easy access to the door where you will come and go. No cleaning fees! The only time I would ask for compensation is if the home were left dirty and house rules not followed.

Clean little house near many points of interest in the Quad Cities. Easy to find. Comfy beds and living space. Full cooking facilities. Washer/dryer for extended stays. Security cameras and well lit parking off street. Just blocks from the Mississippi River. Near the Rust Belt and “The Mark” Vibrant Center. Close to WIU Campus and an easy drive to Augustana’s campus. Great place to stay if you are in town for an overnight , weekend, or a wonderful place to have as a home away from home for longer stays. Security lighting so you will never feel like you are coming or going in the dark and nice neighbors all around. I also run exterior security cameras for added piece of mind. Just an all around good place to stay!

Cute and cozy

The house was so cute and cozy, perfect for a couples getaway! Close to everywhere we wanted to visit. Highly recommend and will stay again when visiting.

Lovely stay in this cozy home

Home was perfectly clean and felt so homey. There were lots of little personal touches, such as coffee and lots of throw blankets, that made us feel right at home. Thanks for a great stay!

House was nicely stocked with everything you would need. Plenty of towels, linens, toiletries and snacks if you needed them. Located about 10 minutes from anything you would need.

Lucy communicated quickly if we had any questions and was an accommodating & kind host. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom was provided. Comfy beds and treats were a special touch. The bungalow made us feel at home. Would definitely go there again.

Great location and space!

Location is close to downtown Moline for easy access to I-74 and the John Deere Commons. The space worked well for us for our short stay! Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed and worked well for our little family.

This was the perfect little quiet house. The owner was great at communicating and providing all details needed for the perfect stay. All the amenities of home in this charming little house. I truly appreciated all the details that maintained the house to the original state of the time period. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed on a quick overnight trip to visit a friend who was directingat Curca 21 in Rock Island. The house was so clean and adorable. We wished would could have stayed longer. Will definitely visit again.

Lovely stay!

Lucy was so easy and quick to communicate with. There was obviously so much thought that has gone into this cute house. We have never stayed in a rental that was so well stocked with food and snacks. So appreciated! The beds were very comfy and everything was so clean! Lucy even let us stay longer past checkout time so our three-year-old could take a nap before the monster truck show. We are looking for excuses to go back to Moline just to stay at Lucy‘s house.

My boyfriend and I came to town for the Cody Johnson concert and this house was only a 7 minute drive to the Vibrant Arena! The house was spotless and it was in a safe area, which was is important to us when traveling. Lucy, the host has great communication and so easy to work with!

Incredibly clean and so quaint. The pictures don't do it justice. All the furniture was comfy, and little candy bars were laid out for us. The coffee was great too. A perfect place to relax while traveling.
