"We loved our stay here. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived quite early and they allowed us to check-in and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. Located in a very quiet area - steps away from the Oeschinensee trail and cable car. The cable car was not open during our stay, as it was off-season. There was a delicious complimentary breakfast included which was great. Lots of options! The only complaint would be that the rooms are not soundproof. We were able to hear our neighbors often. But it was not disruptive to us at all. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very good hôtel well locate near the train station and city. Very good breakfast, staff are very nice at the reception and at the breakfast room. The cleaning could of been better in the room, the carpet was not well clean with the vaccum and we left one day 2 dirty glasses and when we were back at night they were not change! have never been clean"

"Hotel had everything. We stayed in the end of April. Had a pool ans sauna to use as we wanted. The breakfast was perfect for what we needed. Been in switzerland for 7 days and it was everyones favorite place so far"

"Our accommodations were beautiful. The view out from the balcony to the mountains was breathtaking. The staff was very nice. The cleanliness was impeccable. Also they have a store on the bottom floor which was very convenient. They have underground parking and a place to do laundry for free. We had an amazing time. We would stay there again."

"I loved the place where the hotel is located, and in general, the building. The girl in the reception was giving the extra mile, but it was simply too much for her, and I will explain why. We had no hot water, which, in the middle of the Swiss Alps, is not the most convenient thing. She really apologized and tried to resolve, but the problem was bigger than her. At the end, we left and it was never solved. We were told we might have a refund, but wasn't in her hands. Two days later and no communication from them. The hotel has old stuff, but maintained in OKish conditions, but the atmosphere is nice. It is such a shame that the problem wasnt solved."
