Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Éze sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Es ist an alles gedacht. Vor allem die Klimaanlage in jedem Raum war ein Segen. Die Aussicht aus den Zimmern direkt auf den Ozean, der Pool und die Dachterrasse, einfach toll. Wir können das Objekt in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.

Fabulous villa in a great location
We have had an absolutely fantastic week staying in Tit EZe! Great location for the beach and exploring the French Riviera . The villa was well equipped and really enjoyed sitting on the terrace looking at the views! We will be definitely coming back

perfect location for our trip
We absolutely loved our trip and the villa made it such a wonderful experience. It was easy to locate and the directions and information given was so helpful. Its the perfect location between Nice and Monaco. We loved watching the sunrise on the ocean every morning. The hosts were so helpful through our stay, and even had the spa/hottub pool ready for us even in the off season. This was a beautiful property and we can't wait to come back.

Wir haben mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern eine tolle, sonnige Woche im Oktober im Haus verbracht und zum Teil auch selber gekocht. Dazu fehlt es im Haus an nichts, prima ausgestattete Küche. Unser Highlight waren der beheizte Pool und die schönen Terrassen. Sie Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend und sehr freundlich.

Fantastic Villa with Stunning Views!
We just had an amazing week here! The views are simply stunning, and the property has everything you need. Fridge with ice maker a huge bonus. The hot tub / pool is amazing. Getting the train to Nice, Monaco, etc is so easy. But would recommend having a car as there’s no shops in Eze. Will definitely be back, thank you!!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances. La maison bénéficie d'une vue splendide, le quartier est tranquille. Le spa chauffé (avec vue mer également) a été un vrai plus en ce mois d'avril. Les enfants ont adoré! La proximité de la gare est très pratique. Les modalités d'arrivées et de départ sont faciles. Bon contact tant avec les propriétaires qu'avec Rachid. Bref un très bon séjour!

Your family home in the most beautiful scenery
This home will make you feel at home. The more you stay there, the more it feels like home. Both Eze village and seaside are gorgeous. Perfect spot to explore the area. Very responsive and friendly host and on-site contact.

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry you had a small electrical issue during your visit that was caused by a faulty plug socket. It was diagnosed and fixed within a couple of days once it was reported. Please rest assured that we believe we have fixed the issue for all further rentals.

Comfortable house with great views
With a family of five we had a great week in October. The beds are very good, the kitchen has everything, including an ice cube maker in the fridge. The shower is perfect, we had more than enough towels and of course the views from the rooftop terrace are splendid. Parking is a bit of a hassle, we decided to park in the garage even if it meant blocking the road for a minute to manoeuvre. We made some great hikes on Cap Ferrat, in the mountains and in Nice., afterwards cooling down in our splash pool. Thanks for the week.

Villa très agréable et bien située
La villa est spacieuse et décorée avec goût. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le spa, surtout à cette période de l'année où une piscine aurait été un peu froide. A noter : l'agencement des pièces est un peu atypique. Mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Nous recommandons cette villa pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis.

Tres belle propriété
Malgré quelques petites remarques du genre (pas assez de torchons vaisselle (2) ou manque un miroir et une prise rasoir dans la salle de bain du bas) la propriété a répondu a nos attente et est dans un excellent état. Villa Tit Eze has a good location if you are fit and able bodied. There is no mention in the property details that the upstairs bedrooms are accessed via a tight spiral staircase. It was therefore a bit of a shock to be confronted by this on arrival. My husband and I are in our 70s and whilst we just about managed them, getting our suitcases up was quite difficult and it was very tricky if we were carrying anything at the same time as trying to negotiate the stairs. I feel that for the benefit of future guests they should be warned. The description does mention the outside steps to the property entrance, but one of our party has arthritic problems and she found it very difficult to climb them as there is no handrail or anything to hold on to. The description also says there is a "small shower room" (which also houses a toilet and very small basin) for the upstairs bedrooms. This is actually nothing more than a windowless cupboard under the outside terrace stairs, complete with sloping ceiling! It is extremely small and very "tired" looking - so small in fact that I had to use it with the door open as it was somewhat claustrophobic. It can only be accessed by leaving the bedroom and actually going outside - not to everyone's taste in the dead of night! This was another shock! No mention is made of there being an "outside toilet". The 2 upstairs bedrooms are interconnected and whilst it didn't bother us as we only needed the one double, had there been another 2 adults, the layout was such that they would have had to pass through our bedroom to get to the outside shower/toilet! Don't get me wrong, we had a lovely time and much enjoyed the rest of the house, the facilities and the lovely views, but I just feel it is important that the above facts should be brought to the attention of future holiday-makers - particularly if they are elderly.

Thank you for your very honest review and giving us a four star rating. During one of our numerous telephone conversations I did advise you that the staircase outside the property is very dark and very steep but unfortunately as this is owned and managed by the local council we have no control over it. Our house is very idiosyncratic and we appreciate your comments with regard to the spiral staircase and the indoor/outdoor shower.. We will ensure we make a fuller description on our site for future reference.
