We were going to the ATP tennis tournament in Monte Carlo. This hotel was very convenient for the bus to the tournament. We had a room over looking the marina which was nice. Staff were very pleasant & helpful, food was OK but not special. A personal gripe of mine is the location of electrical sockets for hair dryers, straighteners, mobile chargers etc. Why are they always in inaccessible places and nowhere near mirrors?

This property is one of my favorite places to stay! Outstanding service! Bolinas restaurant on-site is delicious! Hotel smells heavenly and rooms are lovely with very comfy beds! A short walk to a beautiful public beach! Walking distance to Monaco, train station, walkway along the ocean to Mala Beach. Concierge is Adrianne Mauri. She is outstanding! This is a magical place to stay!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at interviews of the ocean with yours. The room is fantastic with champagne and other supplies in the fridge to help hydrate you the staff is excellent and the restaurant downstairs is above average if not perfect.

Chambre confortable, petite attention a notre arrivée 1/2 bouteille de champagne et chocolats offerts (à l'occasion du 31/12? ) Petit bémol dans la salle de bain : wc dans la salle de bain et chauffage d'appoint a changer tout rouillé et pas propre. Abattant WC bancal. Litterie confortable équipement de la chambre de bonne qualité. Petit déjeuner excellent personnel accueillant et serviable.

The hotel has a splendid situation by the Port Cap d’Ail. It is at the beginning of a wonderful coastal footpath to the west. The view of the Marina was spellbinding, along with several fantastic sunrises and sunsets. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel for trips into Port Hercule and further east towards the Casino and Forum Grimaldi. We were originally allocated a room on the first floor, which didn’t have such a good view, and asked to be moved higher. Room 211 was excellent. Staff helpful and friendly.

Pas de navette disponible sur mon séjour alors qu’elle est inclue dans le prix au motif qu’il n’y a pas de chauffeur disponible…. Pas de sucre ni de sugar substitute le premier matin , pas de café capsule le lendemain et Sansa se sugar substitute. J’attends demain pour savoir si, enfin, rien ne manquera ce qui serait étonnant… Refus initial de me remettre la copie du document « avis aux clients «  j’ai exigé le lendemain. il est quasiment certain que je reviendrai pas.

Cher client,Navrée de lire que vous n'ayez pas été satisfait de votre séjour.Je fais remonter l'information concernant le manque de sucre et produits du coin café pendant votre séjour. Les documents signés au moment de l'arrivée ne sont normalement pas remis aux clients. Concernant la navette, sur plusieurs jours nous n'avons effectivement pas de chauffeur, et se service n'est pas en place tous les jours. Mais soyez rassuré, c'est un service totalement gratuit qui ne fait pas partie du tarif des chambres.En esperant avoir une autre chance de vous accueillir et vous offrir un service de qualté.Bien à vous,Auriane. Das Hotel ist schön eingerichtet in der Lobby, zumindest aber die Zimmer im 3 Stock sehr Renovierungsdrüftig. Zudem stinkt der ganze Stock sehr speziell und im Zimmer stinkt es nach Kanalisation. Ich denke vor 20 jahre. War es sicher ein super Hotel. Die Lage und die Aussicht auf den Hafen war aber super. Dennoch für 300.- pro Nacht muss die Hygiene gewährleistet werden!

Me robaron mi iPad de la habitación, nos dimos cuenta cuando llegamos al aeropuerto y llamamos inmediatamente al hotel y no hemos obtenido ninguna respuesta o solución. Location was okay but your are on the France border with Monaco so it does take a bit of a hike to get to the main areas in Monte Carlo. They do have a shuttle that will drop you off in Monte Carlo but they will not pick you up. We saw the shuttle dropping people off and ran over to get a ride back to the hotel and the driver said he was not allowed to take us back so we were stranded walking for a while before we called at taxi that cost us 25€ to go 1 mile. Also the air conditioning in our room was insufficient and the room temperature was unbearable.
