Extremely poor

To begin with he didn’t give the proper location and name for the property and it took me three hours to find it even after being dropped off 100 yards from the actual location then my Wi-Fi didn’t work so I wandered around lugging my luggage for hours luckily I found a neighbor in the area. He used his hotspot and we finally contacted the owner three hours late
