Appartement refait à neuf , très bien équipé : lave-vaisselle , machine à laver , machine à café , congélateur , four , plaques cuisson à induction .On est comme à la maison . Immeuble très bien tenu .Transports en commun à proximité ainsi que les commerces . Appartement exposé plein sud en première ligne face à la mer et au vieux Menton .La gare SNCF Menton Garavan est tout près de la résidence .
