Villa with breathtaking views, a pool, a guest house, and air conditioning near Monaco

You'll love my place for these reasons: the views, the atmosphere, the outdoor spaces, the location, and the 10x5-meter pool. My place is perfect for couples and families; the villa can accommodate 10 adults. The villa is spread over three levels. The garden and pool are for guests’ exclusive use.
Ideal for travelers arriving by car. Unattended parking area on the street side across from the entrance.
On Thursdays, our technician will inspect the pool; he has access through a side door in the garden. The inspection takes about 30 minutes.

A 200 m² villa in good condition, set on a 700 m² lot, with a guest house featuring a French bed and private bathroom, as well as a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, offering a panoramic view of the sea.
The interior of the house is laid out as follows:
- First floor: a beautiful living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bedroom, and a renovated bathroom with a shower.
- Upstairs: three bedrooms and a small bathroom with a shower.
- On the garden level: a detached guesthouse with a private bathroom.
All rooms have exterior shutters and interior curtains to ensure complete darkness.
You may request a travel crib for infants, complete with a pillow and linens (to be provided by you).
- Two spacious terraces, one of which features a charcoal grill and a 10x5-meter pool.
- Unattended parking area in front of the house for two cars.

The house is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and Dyson fans in the living room.
The house is rented for exclusive use of both the interior spaces and the garden and pool.

A secluded location, ideal for a relaxing stay away from city traffic.
We recommend arriving by private vehicle, as there is no public transportation nearby. At certain times of the day, a bus passes by the house (stop is a 10-minute walk away) connecting Menton to Monaco. Bus No. 21 (Maniago stop). Schedules and fares are available on the ZestBus.fr website.

Bed and bath linens are included in the price.
A linen change service is available for a small fee with 24 hours’ advance notice.
Beach towels for sunbathing on the pool loungers are NOT included.

Reaching the Golf Blue and Plage du Rocher beaches on foot—which are visible from our terrace—isn’t for everyone, but nothing is impossible ;-)
They’re about a 30-minute walk via the “Chemin du Barrouat” and “Escaler du Platane” stairways—going down is manageable, but the climb back up is challenging (300 meters elevation gain)

The nearest supermarket—open on weekdays—is Intermarché Super et Drive (231 Rue Antoine Péglion, 06190 Roquebrune-Cap-Martin). It’s a 10-minute drive from our house. You can also buy gas there at a good price ;-)

As for supermarkets, the only one open on Sundays is the Carrefour Fontvieille in Monaco (Centre Commercial Fontvieille, 27 Avenue Albert II, 98000 Monaco—with parking) or a small supermarket (open 24 hours a day) in downtown Monaco (Casino Supermarché Monaco, 17 Boulevard Albert 1er, 98000 Monaco). These supermarkets are about a 20-minute drive from our house.

Finally, if you enjoy buying good food, I recommend driving to La Turbie (a 10-minute drive). It’s a small village nestled between the Alps and the sea. At the top of the village stands the Trophy of Augustus, which is worth a visit. Here you’ll find a small supermarket, an excellent pastry shop, and a bakery selling fresh bread. You can also buy “roast chicken” to go and have dinner at a traditional French restaurant.
