「We discovered a live bed bug on the bed within hours of arrival (photo attached). For health and safety reasons, we vacated the property that night and could not continue our stay. Despite clear photo and video evidence, the host refused to provide a full refund, offering only a partial amount. I’m sharing this to make others aware of our experience.」

「Such a cute place! Right on king street, and is the perfect location to walk to almost everything, and is also very close(15min drive) to Mount pleasant and sullivans island! Check in & checkout was simple and easy! Apartment was clean, and felt very safe! Parking was super close, but didn’t realize we’d have to pay for parking - wish we would have known ahead of time:) but couldn’t recommend this place more!」

「The property had easy access to everything within 10-20 minutes depending where you wanted to go. A lot of great restaurants all within walking distance. Communication with the owners was great. We didn’t have sheets for the pullout couch and they had someone drop them off immediately for us. Full kitchen and all towels. Only downfall was We did have to buy TP as only 2 rolls were there and you can hear everything outside. There isn’t a noise barrier to the sheet since it’s an older building so...
