「In March I booked stay for one night at Bleis in May but I realized soon I could not make it from the airport before the reception closed.
I asked them to move the stay one day that I could stay in another hotel and drive to them in the morning.
They offered to have reception open one hour more but still I could not manage to arrive in time. I asked them several times but I got no answer from hitel Bleis on that request. And no possibility to cancel and refund.
I had to book a other hotel to...

「Clean rooms, bedroom…bathroom…kitchen. We had a shared bathroom with only one other room, not inconvenient.
Nice to have coffee and juice in the morning. Great location to old town and the cable car.」
