「5 star attention to customer service, clean, quiet and peaceful. If you need to relax and be taken care of this is the best place. Special mention to Isabel, Patricia, Luis and Ramiro, really went above and beyond for our comfort and needs. The whole staff is outstanding. Magnificent facility if there’s anything to add would be a money exchange, besides that it’s all you could ask for in a vacation.」

「Las piletas del hotel son espectaculares y la comida del restaurante es muy buena. Las habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento y una limpieza profunda, también mejorar las camas y los blancos. La terapeuta que me atendió en el spa muy mala, no tenia ni idea del tratamiento, me decepciono mucho porque no es barato el servicio.」

「Excelente hotel para hospedarse, acogedor y muy bonito en medio de la selva. La comida buena sin ser la mejor, cocina sencilla. Los recepcionistas muy amables. El cuarto tenía algunos detalles de mantenimiento,como de pintura - nada graves, que podrían mejorar. La regadera es fantástica, super amplia y cómoda. No pudimos usar la piscina porque llovió y estaba fría el agua pero se veía espectacular. El Centro queda como a 20 minutos en carro, nosotros salimos a cenar.」

「Attitute of frontdesk (at least 2 of them I had dealing with) was indifferent, everyone else is fine, bartenders, cleaners and the travel agent. Equipments were not quite completed so do remember to bring your own toiletries. Except for toothbrush and toothpaste(which is fine with me), there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room either. Soap and towel are all you can have in the bathroom. 」

「Check in 的時候櫃檯搞錯房型，Check out的時候帳單金額也錯誤，本來櫃檯人員不願更改，還好自己有把訂房的email留下來仔細找出免費項目才免除費用。再來就是房間的整潔度實在有待加強，床單枕頭套都是髒的，第二天還出現蟑螂，冷氣也必須開很久房間才會涼，實在很不Ok！而早餐及晚餐，食物的種類選擇不多，擺放也擁擠，因此拿取食物的時候整個感覺好混亂，食物也不好吃。還好唯一覺得開心的是滑水道孩子很喜歡，不過這是必須額外付費的項目！」

「Room is little old but still fine. Some light bulbs at room are out of order. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is yummy. Call taxi from hotel is cheaper. Good experience and recommend.」

「小木屋隔音略差 房间设施一般。 但是酒店地理位置很好 身处森林的感觉。早餐丰盛 且工作人员英语流利沟通很方便」

「Nettes und freundliches Personal, leider waren die Zimmer nicht sauber. Bettwäsche war bei Ankunft dreckig mit Lippenstift etc., Geruch nach Feuchtigkeit nur im Zimmer, im restlichen Hotel nicht. Essen gut, Pool hat eine schöne Aussicht」

「該區來說，是比較好的選擇。職員態度好，有規模，當然價錢比是貴了。離巴士總站約15分鐘步行，沿途或巴士總站附近，有很多食店。比較不喜歡的是我所住房間，牀褥已變型，舊了，睡得不舒服。」
