Make yourself comfortable in the tastefully designed rooms. The 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor, while the living rooms are on the first floor. The interior is bright and friendly, so you will feel right at home here.



Enjoy the sun on the terrace, equipped with comfortable garden furniture, which invites you to spend wonderful hours outdoors, in the evening you can sit here comfortably together for a long time and make plans for the next day.



On foot you can reach the rocky coast where you can swim in summer. Go to Sestri Levante, where you will find, among others, the Bay of Fables and the Bay of Silence with enchanting beaches and where you can practice all kinds of water sports.

Jolie maison avec superbe vue

Das Haus ist sehr hübsch, es war sehr sauber und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Besitzerin war sofort zur Stelle, als wir ein Problem mit dem WLAN hatten, und das Problem wurde innerhalb von 24 Stunden behoben. Vielen Dank dafür.Die Schlüssel haben wir von einer Mitarbeiterin von Novasol erhalten – sehr angenehmer und hilfsbereiter Kontakt. Durch den Weiler und die Felder kann man etwa 1 km bis zur Straße hinuntergehen. Danach gibt es wahrscheinlich noch einen weiteren Weg, der noch ein Stück weiter hinunterführt. Wir sind ihn jedoch nicht gegangen, da wir leider eine sehr regnerische Woche hatten.Die Umgebung ist wunderschön – Weiler, Dörfer, Spaziergänge und natürlich das Meer.Vom Buchungsservice bin ich allerdings sehr enttäuscht. Wegen der Flexibilitätsoption (wir waren flexibel hinsichtlich der Aufenthaltsdauer, aber nicht beim Startdatum) habe ich zwei Tage im Voraus gebucht. Ich habe das sofort gemeldet und um eine Änderung gebeten. Leider hat mir niemand geantwortet, sodass wir einen Tag mehr bezahlen mussten und am Freitag nach Schule und Arbeit überstürzt abreisen mussten.

Très agréable maison sur les hauteurs de Moneglia

La maison est située sur les hauteurs de Moneglia. Vue magnifique sur le village de San Saturnino, la campagne et la mer. Le lieu est très calme, très agréable. La maison est située à 5 min en voiture de la mer (ne pas prévoir d’y aller à pied). Possibilité croisière Cinque Terre au départ de Moneglia. Point négatif pour ceux que ça peut gêner: c’est un tout petit hameau donc pas de restaurant ou de quoi faire des courses, il faut descendre à Moneglia et être prévoyant. Maison très propre, très bien aménagée, bien équipée. La personne qui s’est occupée de la maison s’est très bien organisée (nous ne l’avons jamais vue, nous avons seulement communiqué par WhatsApp). Points négatifs de la maison: -pas de climatisation: il fait très chaud dans les chambres, il faut vivre les fenêtres et volets fermés en journée -le canapé du salon est inconfortable et mériterait d’être changé, il manque peut-être un ou deux fauteuils dans le salon Séjour vraiment très chouette dans cette maison, et dans cette région magnifique.

Traumhafte Umgebung

Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Woche in Moneglia. Die Wohnung war teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Standart eher niedrig, was uns aber bei dem Traumwetter nicht störte. Die Betreuerin der Wohnung war sehr nett und telefonisch immer erreichbar, jedoch bestand leider kein persönlicher Kontakt, weil auch das Check in über eine kurze Video-Erklärung lief. Dennoch würde ich dem Vermieter, der ansonsten sehr freu dlich war, etwas mehr Sorgfalt in der Wohnung empfehlen (teilweise dreckiges Geschirr, Spülmaschine wäscht nicht sauber, zwei Betten waren nicht vorbereitet (zum Glück hatten wir Schlafsäcke dabei), einige Küchenutensilien unbrauchbar, die Heizung war nicht eingeschaltet usw.). Aufgrund des Traumwetters und des zauberhaften Ortes Moneglia war unser Urlaub aber alles in allem herrlich.

Toller Urlaub

Tolle Lage am Hang mit Blick aufs Meer. Sehr gut ausgestattetes und schönes kleines Haus auf 2 Etagen, alles da, was man braucht. Auch bei kleinen Problemchen schnelle Hilfe. Unkomplizierter Check in und out. Kostenfreier Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im Ortsteil leider kein Bäcker o. ä.. Im Ort Moneglia viele nette Restaurants und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
