Above Moneglia, in the district of Morteo 800 m from the centre of Moneglia, 12 km from the centre of Sestri Levante, in an elevated position on a slope, 900 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property (fenced). Steep motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 800 m, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station "Moneglia" 2 km, sandy beach 900 m. Please note: car recommended.
4-room apartment 120 m2 on 2 levels on 2nd floor. Practical and comfortable furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 pull-out bed. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, 6 gas rings, kettle, freezer) with dining table. Exit to the balcony. Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 open room with 1 bed and 1 x 1 bunk beds, shower/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Super Fernsicht und herrliche Lage

Die FeWo ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden (Fotos ausdrucken, nach Müllplatz links hoch, Hausnummer nur auf Klingelschild), aber herrlich am Hang gelegen. Es gibt riesige Terrassen und einen super Ausblick. Die Zufahrt ist eng und steil, mittelgroße Autos müssen in den Kurven rangieren. Sie haben Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher und einen 6-flammigen Gasherd, aber es gibt nur einen normalen und einen winzigen Topf!!! Auch der Dosenöffner fehlt und das Besteck fällt auseinander... Und man muß mit erheblichen Nebenkosten für Strom und Gas rechnen, da man angeblich sehr viel verbraucht. Die Abrechnung ist nicht prüfbar. Früh zum Bäcker (7 min) oder zum Bhf. (20 min) nimmt man als Abkürzung ab 1. Kurve den Treppenweg - parken am Bhf oder im Ort ist schwer. Also seien Sie gut zu Fuß und bringen Sie die wichtigsten Dinge für die Küche mit.
