“Beautiful property exactly as described. Great view of the lake, nice amenities, and use of kayaks was appreciated. Host was very responsive and friendly. Snacks and sodas provided were a nice touch, and so were the bathrobes and slippers and the hammock on the porch. Awesome property with everything you need. Will definitely recommend and stay again!!!”

“We celebrated our 34th Anniversary!! The condo was perfect!! Just steps away from the outdoor pool and to dock to get on our boat. Condo was clean, bed slept good, great views, easy access in and out. We grilled out on the grill. Owners were quick to answer any questions. We have been coming here on our anniversary for 13 years. Wonderful place to stay. We would definitely rent it again!!”

“We had a fantastic family stay at Bernard’s Landing. The condo was clean, comfortable, quiet, and a great home base for exploring Smith Mountain Lake. The location was the biggest highlight. We enjoyed the private lakeside beach, pools, walking paths, waterfront views, and beautiful sunsets without needing to drive everywhere. We rented a pontoon from The Dock at Smith Mountain Lake and spent a full day boating, tubing, swimming, and relaxing on the water. We also visited Smith Mountain Lake……

“Very nice condo in a resort community. We were just passing through but should have stayed a few days! So many things to do and see! The condo is well appointed and very comfortable. Be aware that there isn't any food shopping or coffee shops within walking distance, so you should stock up in town. Taylor was a great host with excellent communication and recommendations. A-plus stay!”

“Such a cute little place!! This was the perfect house for us to attend a wedding nearby. Everything was clean and in working order. We enjoyed watching the deer and birds every morning. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again ”

“This was our second trip to Smith Mountain Lake and our first stay at this condo. Having access to all of Mariner’s Landing amenities was great and super convenient. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 5 as the three boys could share the second bedroom with the three beds. My wife loved the kitchen and how well stocked it was with dishes and utensils. Overall, this was a great experience and we would definitely stay again!”
