One BR, One Bath Condo, Fully equipped galley kitchen, spacious ground level patio, corner unit overlooking lake, outdoor pool, and covered pavilion with table and chairs, gas grills, bed linens and bath towels, complementary shampoo and bath gel provided. Bedroom has Queen bed and Living room has double sleep sofa

I am also offering my condo for rent for a period of 30 days for continuous period or for as little time as 2 nights. My condo is ideal for traveling nurse or business professional employee or couples just needing a short get-away.
Bring your boat. Park free in our designed parking lot and launch from our boat ramp. Must provide proof of ownership and currant insurance.

During your visit eat out or enjoy cooking in the Galley kitchen w/stove, full oven, microwave, Keurig coffee pot with coffee pods for you, Full fridge, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, all cooking utensils. Plus, NOW OFFERING COIN LAUNDRY on premises!

**Covered Pavilions have year round gas grills with gas provided
**Cornhole game (stored behind sofa) plus checkers. Wi Fi, plus tennis court.

**Bed linens, towels, wash cloths, toilet issue, paper towels, shampoo and body wash provided.

ATTENTION: OUTSIDE STEPS from parking lot to condo & from condo to pool

Relax sitting on patio or from the LR & enjoy lake front & gorgeous sunset. Or walk down (steps) to the lake and enjoy the dock or pool (open during season)

Take a several minute drive and visit the Smith Mountain Lake Community Park - walk out onto the pier and sit and fish or sit and enjoy the beautiful view of mountains and lake or take a stroll on the along designed path. Pack a lunch and enjoy. Public bathrooms at the Park.
View the breath-taking sunset year round from the patio and/or the autumn foliage
Visit Bridgewater Plaza and grab a meal from inside/outside w/water view or visit the shops, plus entertainment-weather permitting. Lots to do every season or stay at the condo and relax..

Great place for a romantic getaway for two. Unit was very clean and well decorated. Bottom floor unit accessible by three sections of stairs. Very nice patio with table, umbrella, chairs and view of pool and lake. Included access to gated pool and community area. Comfortable queen bed and small but well equipped kitchen. Polly responded promptly and was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! Polly is an amazing host and was very transparent prior to, during, and after our stay. She goes above and beyond to ensure her clients have all that they need. The condo is perfect for a short or long stay. Highly recommend!

My husband and I own land in SML so we visit several times per year to check in. We found Polly’s place to be a Very clean little unit for 2 in a beautiful SML waterfront location. We arrived on Valentine’s Day amidst a terrible ice/snow storm and unfortunately, there was no internet. Polly was very responsive and made every effort to resolve the issue but to no avail. She was apologetic and made a fair accommodation. Great customer service! The bed and pillows were amazing. Lovely linens were a nice touch. The unit was clean and stocked with all the necessities and then some. I Will say that most things in the unit are pretty basic so if you’re looking for a luxury get away this is not the place for you. We did run into a problem while trying to boil a simple pot of water. There is no kitchen vent and no fan. The microwave is shelved right above the range and there is a smoke detector in the tiny galley kitchen. As soon as the water started to steam, the smoke detector went off and we found ourselves fanning the smoke detector. None of these minor things would keep us from returning to Polly’s place. Overall the location, comfort and host were very much worth the price of the stay. We would love to return to Polly’s place in the future! As a side note, you must be able to climb stairs as this unit is only accessible by stairs. Additionally, cell service is very limited in this unit and not available at all in parts of the unit.

My husband stayed here for a weekend getaway and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay! Polly was so helpful with our late check in and getting us all off the information we needed for a peaceful stay. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the back patio looking at the lake sipping our morning coffee and resting and relaxing in the condo. I would definitely recommend Polly’s condo for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful trip!!

The area is beautiful this time of year, especially being right on the lake. The place was cozy and comfortable. The only thing we were disappointed with was the fact that the internet was the one provided by the homeowners association which was not very reliable most evenings.

Just looking for a place for a short getaway. We were very interested in Smith Mountain Lake. We wanted a water view and this property had that. Condo was compact but had every we needed. Place was very clean which was my first requirement. Condo was a bit away from the center of town, but honestly it didn’t matter much as there was a mini mart and a very good restaurant at the nearest crossroad. Overall, this was a good choice for us. Owner was very helpful and honest with my questions. I would recommend this location

First off, the communication with Polly for any and everything was top notch. She was so accommodating! She left us a little something special because she knew it was our anniversary and that meant so much to know she cared. The property was so clean and welcoming. Honestly Polly was the nicest, most helpful person we've ever rented from! Her condo was so clean and comfortable, and when she tells you she has everything there for you, she means EVERYTHING. Also the condo was so close to so many restaurants and even a very nice community lake! And the pool on site was amazing also! I would definitely recommend renting from Polly over anyone else in the area 😁

I can't begin to describe how nice this condo is! It is small but extremely comfortable. It has everything you will need for your stay! The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the furniture was just what you need! The pool was clean and peaceful. If you need a recharge from life then this is the perfect place to rent. Communication with the owner was excellent. She really cares about her guests and it shows! We throughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back! Thank you!
