「Screen door was locked , couldn’t open the entrance door . One tv in the bedroom with 2 beds wasn’t functioning because it was the wrong remote . Staff (Connie) was quick to respond to the issues though , which was a relief . Heater was in need of adjustment especially being that the weather was very cold . 」
