「The property was cleaned and looked exactly as the photos showed. The problem was the host would often not respond, leaving us with no answers to our questions. The other problem was the site listed AC as one of the amenities but when we got there we noticed the ac didn’t work and was stuck at 26 degrees Celsius. When I reached out about it I was ghosted and never got an answer.」

「The pictures look great of this property and that is why we booked. Communication was with The Happy rental rep. Upon arrival we found the keybox and there was 5 unmarked keys so you had to guess which was for each door. Steep narrow steps with low head room to the floor where apartment was. We knew this but if you are tall and have large suitcases certainly not ideal. Initial inspection looked good although a bit smaller than the photos suggested.
