「The hardware of the hotel is good, unexpectedly you can find a smart hotel in Miskolc. However, I requested room makeup through the system at 11am, it was not cleaned when I returned at 4pm and the house keeper then just come and took the garbage. And, the staff at the hotel is not helpful and not friendly. Besides, the staff will suddenly open your door without locking and checking whether the room is attended with guest or not.」

「Room was more like an apartment with two TVs and loads of space. I didn’t get time to try the sauna as I was staying on business. The food in the restaurant was excellent and very good value for money. Parking at the front of the hotel costs extra but there is a free car park at the rear. Rooms are accessed via a labyrinth of corridors, staircases and a lift. There are signs to assist you. This is a great place to stay and not a lot of money for the size of the room.」

「Great buffet options. Lots of options if you have allergen issues. Try the Thai massages or the spa. Great activities here. Beds a little dated. 」

「Nagyon kényelmes a matrac, a párna számomra nem volt megfelelő, túl nagy volt a párna! A díszpárnákhoz adnék huzatot, igy használható volna alváshoz is! Tisztaság volt, de egy kicsi csatorna szagot észleltem, szellőztetni nem tudtam! Jól éreztem magam, köszönöm! 」

「This Hotel was the only hotel in this area and I can say it was a very pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were large and clean. No real restaurants in this area either so i ate in the Hotel and even though there was limited choice, it was all very tasty.」

「The hotel was fine, but they don’t have an elevator, the worst thing was the A\C in the room it was not doing it job we visited at July and we couldn’t open the windows because of the bugs, we had to park our car outside the hotel parking but it was a safe calm street so it wasn’t a big deal 」
