"The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Although the elevator was out of order, my room was conveniently located near the stairs. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again next time."

"I did not check-in the Red Roof PLUS+ Ann Arbor and Expedia did not get the refund for me. Both Expedia & Red Roof PLUS+ Ann Arbor took my money without providing any services. Shame on you! Didn't you feel guilty to make the easy money without providing any service? Terrible! Disgusting!"

"It's close to the airport and has a shuttle service. If you drive, there is a $10 fee for overnight parking, which you pay through an APP. Only a handful of eateries nearby. The room is comfy, but the fan in my bathroom was quite loud. "
