「Nice staff , clean ,quiet , cozy room . If you would like to find a budget and clean hotel, this is definitely good choice for you staying near Matthews and Charlotte. Walking distance to food court in front of hotel. It need some improvements about the breakfast. Less choice, low guality of food and fruit, even sometimes, the basic coffee serve not hot and hot water is temperature water. Over all , besides breakfast and lacking of fitness center, it is worthy for what you pay for it. 」

「This is a well-presented house and the location is great. I was able to walk into Mathews for food and coffee. The host was very responsive to last-minute needs. The place was clean and well-equipped, except missing a spatula for the frying pan, which the host had sent several over right away. This is a somewhat quirky house, as many of these are, with ample closets in one room but not in the master bedroom, but we enjoyed cooking and dining with family. I recommend this place. 」
