Walls are thin so you can hear everything especially everything above you. The staff was very friendly. They did seem to enforce quiet hours in the hallways. The breakfast area looked good but we did not eat there. The water pressure was awesome in the shower & there was sufficient toiletries. I don’t blame the hotel for the acoustics, I have found more and more hotels this way. It is the cheaper way of building these days

I was in town for the Cincinnati ATP/WTA 1000 Masters Tennis Tournament and the property was 18-minutes from the Venue. I had eateries that was in walking distance. The Hotel Staff was attentative and addressed our requests promptly. Value was very acceptable for the 4-day stay.

This was quick overnight stay and we checked in too late to try the pool, but the beds were comfy and the breakfast was wonderful! The area also was conveniently located and felt safe. Thank you, Kacey, for your kindness at check-in and the woman worked the breakfast area was also hardworking and kindly interacted her with guests. This was a great, quick stop for the night. Thank you!

La estadía y el servicio al cliente muy bueno también el único detalle fue el mosaico de parte de la entra y todo el baño estaba despegado como si hubo una fuga de agua y se dañó el piso. Pero lo demás estuvo bien

Morning front staff doesn't communicate with afternoon staff. Check in was at 3 i asked for early check in around 1 and was told please call back 3 times and we can see if the room is ready I did. It wasnt ready until after 3pm check in when I arrived again after going and getting food. My bathroom sink had mild on the rim of the sink. And a blond staff member was cursing about a guest and how she felt she was treated by them right behind the front desk openly for everyone to hear.
