Beautiful, cosy, comfortable mas "Mas Magot". 700 m from the centre of Mons, on the outskirts, 7 km from the centre of Deaux, 13 km from the centre of Alès. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, 5'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular with privacy (12 x 5 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Sep.) with alarm system. Boccia, terrace (10 m2), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 10 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 500 m, bakery 5 km, café 500 m, bus stop "Les Gourts" 350 m. Tennis 7 km. Nearby attractions: Uzès 30 km, Alès 10 km, Lussan - village et cité de caractère 15 km, Vézénobres - Village et cité de caractèr 7 km, St Just de Valériscle 14 km, Anduze la bambouseraie 22 km. Hiking paths: Gorges des Concluses de Lussau 15 km, Grotte de Trabuc. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Balcony 6 m2, large terrace 15 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (5), sitting area. Very beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced 3 cars). Please note: smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
