the staff in the morning wasn't friendly. there are trashes when I checked in the room.

Small privately run hotel. Happy to look after you but didn't clean the room on one day which was the only disappointment. Breakfast was fine and cooked eggs to your request as well as the usual continental. Coffee machine stayed on all the time which was very useful.

Accueil chaleureux, mise a disposition et aide bagage a l'arrivée. Chambre agreable et propre.Bon matelas, oreillers de qualité. Sdb avec belle baignoire mais douche impossible de se tenir debout. J'aurai aime que l'on me remette des sachets de café le 2e jour pour le matin suivant. Sinon je recommande cet hotel chaleureusement.

A great small hotel, unpretentious but great value
This is great hotel close to the city centre and the mons memorial museum all within easy walking distance. That from a guy who injured his leg and was in a leg brace most of the trip. The best bit is you can park your car for free directly outside of it. That save over 40€ on equivalent nearby hotels. The room and a kettle and tea coffee also but a fridge is an extra bonus to pick up cold beers etc from cheap nearby shops. A couple of nice pubs on route to city centre also. Piece of advice is avoid the restaurant Henri on route to centre. Cash only and it turns you’re food into something you felt was microwaved, packet frozen chips etc. head onto city centre where there’s a great Pizzeria on the left just before the square. Sorry can’t remember its name.

Super god beliggenhed i Mons. Kun små 10 min gang til center. Nemt at komme ind til, med både parkering i gården (mod gebyr) og gratis på gaden. Lækkert lyst rum, der virkede ret renoveret. I bygningen løber der dog et rør eller noget som larmer on/off hele tiden. hvis man sover let vækkes man af det

It would have been better if the people at the St. James didn't accept reservations on the weekend, when they are closed It took us about 2 hours to find the hotel, and when we did, found out that they are not open on the weekend.So I have to wonder why they accepted a reservation they had no intention of fulfilling. took us another few hours to find a place to sleep other than our car. I'd give the St. James a negative rating but I can't see how to do that.

Hôtel bien situé à Mons. Bon rapport qualité/prix
Très bon accueil dans cet hôtel à 10min à pieds de la grande place. Très confortable, nous avons très bien dormi. Pas un bruite de l'extérieur. Nous étions situé vers la cour de l'hôtel Le petit déjeuner buffet à 15 euros est très bien également. Oeuf et bacon faits à la demande

Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Eine Dusche wäre mir lieber gewesen als eine Badewanne, aber das wusste ich ja vorher. Das Personen war sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich.

Nice room, good for short business visits
Room was fine, huge bathroom. Only drawback was breakfast for 15€, nowhere near worth it, sorry to tell that.
