「This is a nice facility near the beach. It is a house with water views. We have stayed here twice snd the owner was open to improvements our last visit implementing some immediately. Very kind guy. Quick walk to the beach and drive to Houston amenities. I appreciate the curtain rods to cover windows with the extra sheets they have to sleep in. Overall would recommendSuggested improvements:Beach towels and a few kid sand items/boogie boards. Doesnt have to be much but those are my favorite places...

「Pet friendly and a good size gated yard for your furbabies. RV was as described, very roomy and the bed was super comfy. A separate building is right next to it that has an a/c, full bath, washer and dryer as well. Loved having covered parking right next to the RV. There is also another huge covered parking area on the property. This property has a pier for fishing, crabbing and a nice sitting area on the canal as well.
