Descripcion no precisa

No voy a resaltar los puntos positivos ya que no creo que sea lo adecuado para una empresa que no es precisa en la descripcion de la propiedad, cuando sabe que no lo es. Las calles de alrededor estan siendo renovadas, lo que impide el acceso al parking, teniendo que aparcar a 100 metros.

If we would have found the apartment the same way as it is shown on the pictures on the Expedia website it would have been perfect, but unfortunately that was not the case. We do not know for sure, but either there are very similar apartments that are in much better shape than ours or the pictures on Expedia are outdated. We had: A water leak in the apartment, a disgustingly dirty fan in the bathroom, the doorbell was not working and we only had one set of keys which is not ideal with a whole family moving between apartment and beach, broken dishes in the cupboard, a broken lock on the terrace door. We pointed out these issues to the agency which was fine, but nothing happened for 5 days (and some were not fixed until the end of our trip). To make a long story short if you get the apartment on the pictures you are lucky and will have a wonderful vacation, if not you might find an apartment that is not well taken care of, no one will actually take you seriously (except the contact at the agency) and really help you and you definitely paid to much for what you are getting in return.

Schönes Appartement

Großzügiges Appartement für vier Personen ausreichend, wir waren zu zweit + Zwergdackel. Bei maximal sechs Personen könnte es etwas eng werden. Separates Schlaf- und Kinderzimmer, im Wohnbereich ein Schlafsofa. Küche ausgestattet mit Herd (Ceranfeld) und Backofen, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine für Kapseln. Bad mit großer Dusche. Die Betten waren bezogen. Es gab pro Person ein großes und kleines Handtuch. Geschirrhandtücher waren nicht vorhanden. Ob es mehr gegeben hätte ist unbekannt, da wir immer genügend eigene mitnehmen. Die Schlüsselübergabe findet nicht vor Ort statt, sondern etwa 5min (Auto) entfernt. Auch wenn es leichte sprachliche Barrieren gab (Google sei Dank) klappte die Übergabe recht gut. Es war aber nicht der Ansprechpartner. Der Kontakt zum Ansprechpartner wurde per WhatsApp erledigt. Einen Tag vorher wurden wir angeschrieben und es wurde alles wichtige mitgeteilt, das hat in allen Belangen sehr gut funktioniert. Schnelles Internet mit WLAN. Es gab einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Die Stellplätze sind allerdings unterschiedlich groß. Es hat für uns ausgereicht, aber nur, da der Platz neben uns nicht besetzt war. Wir hatten eine großzügige Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten und zwei Sonnenliegen. Der Poolbereich ist nicht sonderlich groß, eher zum spielen für Kinder gedacht. Da es dort Rasen gibt, kann es auch als Liegewiese benutzt werden. Zum Strand muss man eine Straße überqueren und eine Treppe die Steilküste herunter, quasi direkt vor den Appartements. Es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants vor Ort. Die alte Bahnstrecke, etwa 50m entfernt ist seit mehreren Jahren stillgelegt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.
